Terms of Service

1. Legal Entity

Vector Fabric is a trade name and product of Dhitantra Inc., a Delaware Corporation. All contractual obligations and equity rights are held by Dhitantra Inc.

2. "Incubating" Status

The platform is currently in a "Founder’s Circle" Beta phase. While we aim for high reliability, the service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Dhitantra Inc. is not liable for data loss or service interruptions during this phase.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Vector Fabric infrastructure for illegal activities, unauthorized security testing, or to reverse engineer the orchestration layer. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these principles.

4. Investment and SAFEs

All equity investments discussed via this platform are subject to signed Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFEs) between the Investor and Dhitantra Inc. Terms in a signed SAFE override any general information found on this website.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhitantra Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
