1. Our Privacy Mission

Vector Fabric (operated by Dhitantra Inc.) is built on the principle of data isolation. We provide the infrastructure to power your intelligence; we do not seek to own or exploit it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect account information (email and billing details via Stripe) and infrastructure telemetry. Telemetry includes system-level data such as GPU utilization, latency, and error codes required to maintain platform stability.

3. The "Zero-Training" Guarantee

We do NOT use your proprietary data, model weights, or specific inference inputs to train or improve our base models for other customers. Your data remains isolated within your dedicated compute environment.

4. Data Retention

By default, we do not store customer inference logs. If you explicitly enable "Debug Logging," logs are encrypted at rest and automatically purged after 30 days.
